Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location was excellent I found it very convenient as Dotonbori street was super close. One receptionist was perfect. She handled my check in and some changes efficiently. I also liked all the amenities available in the lobby. The hotel is very close to Namba station and a large Don Quijote store.
The front desk area felt small considering the number of guests checking in at times

The hotel is conveniently situated a minute's walk from the Glico Man sign placing it right in the middle of everything. It is also a short walk to Namba station including metro, JR and Nankai lines providing easy access to transportation.
